The infrastructure for celebration
The Parties Company (formerly known as ReYoonite) is building the infrastructure connecting party organizers with party vendors — and the transactions between them.
Every year, millions of people plan birthdays, baby showers, family reunions, milestone events, and other celebrations. They search for inspiration, discover vendors across dozens of platforms, coordinate with friends and family, and figure out how to bring everything together.
For the people who throw parties
We’re building the platform to support serial party throwers as well as party goers. People can now discover ideas, plan parties, invite guests, find vendors, and ultimately book the experiences that bring their events to life.
For the vendors who make them happen
Our ambition extends beyond party planning. We’re building the connected infrastructure for party vendors too — helping them get more bookings and manage all of their bookings, on and off our platform.

Building the infrastructure connecting party hosts, party venues & vendors, and commerce.
Darius drives the company’s vision and culture, and leads both product strategy and growth strategy. His main focus today is recruiting and developing the founding team — engineering, product, marketing, sales, and operations — while nurturing relationships with investors, advisors, and other strategic partners.
Before founding The Parties Company, he spent years in early-stage tech companies, first as a software engineer and eventually in sales engineering positions where the job always combined engineering and go-to-market responsibilities. He loved helping companies navigate complex technical challenges across e-commerce, fintech, communications, and other enterprise software.
That experience shapes how he builds: spend meaningful time understanding the customer and solving real problems for them, then create technology that can scale to solve those problems for an entire industry. Today he’s focused on building The Parties Company into a category-defining business in celebration commerce.
He’s always interested in connecting with founders, investors, engineers, creators, venue operators, and strategic partners who see the opportunity to rethink how people celebrate.
